Complaints Procedure

Marcus is committed to giving his clients a high quality professional service.

In the event that there is any aspect of his service that you are not satisfied with, in the first instance you should raise this with Red Lion Court. If you wish to make a formal complaint, to ensure that we fully understand your concerns and can investigate in a fair and timely manner, you should do so in writing by email or letter to Complaints-Red Lion Chambers. A copy of our complaints policy is available on the Red Lion Chambers website.

In the event that we are unable to resolve your complaint you may choose to refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman whose service is open to individuals, small businesses, charities, clubs, associations and trusts.

Marcus Rickard usually charges for advisory work on the basis of an hourly rate and for advocacy work or commercial / contract reviews (where appropriate) on fixed fee which is agreed on a case by case basis;
